Dining
Four venues, one kitchen, a defensible breakfast.
We run one kitchen on the ground floor, beneath a glazed roof we inherited from the printing co-op. From it we feed four rooms and, on summer evenings, a rooftop. The wine list is largely from small German and Austrian growers; the coffee programme runs on Bonanza and Companion Coffee, both Berlin roasters; the breads come twice daily from Sironi, baked on Kreuzberg.
